I'm currently managing portsmouth and after finishing 3rd last season my aim is to try and win the premiership even though my expectation is only to qualify for europe. However i am running into the problems of dominating games with high percentage of the possession and a high shots count, but still losing games that i and the game expects me to win. So what is the problem and what can i do to overcome this?

I play a short, possession game with heavy pressing. Also another worry is that i can't seem to make the best out of huntleaar, so any suggestion of what instructions and how i should use him would be appreciated.

How play you your 442, hmm? With outright wingers or, just want the midfield to push up from the centre, do you. Are you trying to use speed or do, specific targetmen to play to, you have, hmm?

With outright wingers who are normally on fairly attacking mentalities. Fernandes and sivok has slightly defensive mentalities, with fernandes always on forwards runs and sivok rarely. Play a short, slow game with no specific target man. I'm thinking about trying to make delgado to drop deep to help but how do i do this?
