Hi,
I'm in my second season with spurs and have bought FLeck and Stancu because i have been told they get very good in the future.
however i don't want to risk consistently playing either one of them as i am in the title race this year and need to win as part of a 2 year plan from the board.
so i was wandering, is there anything i can do in the way of training to improve these players??

I do not know them so I will be guessing a bit.

If they are in their late teens - try to loan them out. Do you have a feeder club? If not get one.

Otherwise, you can use them in cup games (like Wenger does IRL). Or introduce them as substitutes in the last 20-30 mins of home games you lead by at 2+ goals .

However, I would venture and start them sometimes at home (like Fergie does IRL) and see how they perform...
