I bought David Beckham from Crystal Palace in 10/11 Jan window (yes i know, palace are in the prem, he signed on a bosman)for £500K and I got him purely as I felt i needed more distribution from the right, and he he gets a serious hip injury 18 MINUTES (!!!) into his debut!!! now he's out for 2-3 months seeing a specialist...just my luck!

Going pretty well for me too.

Won the League Cup and Uefa Cup in 1st Season.

Came 4th in Premier League.

Tevez seems ok...am waiting on him to go mental though.

Still playing in 1st season. Jonathan Spector has been excellent at right back. I Signed Freddy Adu at start and brought him on as sub for most games in first half and he is now starting due to 2 month injury to Etherington ( picked up during his first cap for England !!) He is looking quality.

After a drawn out process got taken over in November by a West Ham fan. 20m got put in bank but only 500k to spend.

Went through in Europe group stage and fluctuated between 4th and 10th in league, suffered from lots of draws.

In january signed Justin Hoyte for 500k plus 1m over 24 months. Wanted to sign Lee Molyneux from Everton for 300k so asked for more cash and the new board gave me 8m to spend which was nice !!

Bought A Vanden Borre for 2.9, I am now looking at my squads defence and could see that I should not have to sign defender for a number of years.

Have been rotating Harewood, Ashton and Tevez up front and all have got about 15 goals each. Although Ashton and Tevez were injured and Zamora not done too bad.

After West Ham's league win against Arsenal last week decided to play 4-5-1 against them in league cup semi-final 2nd leg after a lucky 1-1 draw with them at The Grove. I won 2-0 and then went on to beat Villa 2-1 in the final to win the hammers first trophy for 26 years.

I have found 4-5-1 away from home playing on the counter works a treat, having previously beat Liverpool 2-1 at Anfield, I have just beat Chelsea 3-1 at the bridge with a Tevez hatrick, which led to Mourinho rather worryingly praising him.

Just crashed out of Europe on Pens to Bayern Munich and I'll briefly mention my exit in the 5th rnd of the FA Cup, unforgivably being a West Ham fan myself, 2-0 to cough cough Millwall.

Just got the league to concentrate on now 7th with 8 games to go. Although reading this thread I am beginning to worry about hanging onto Tevez at the end of the season.

You better worry about Tevez, 2 new contracts, bought in another Argie (Delgado) and he still went mental, absent from training, unhappy, demands to be sold etc. More worryingly is that i signed Merida from the Gooner scum and thoght he could learn from a top notch player like Tevez, ooops, hope he don't go frickin nuts too!!!

Not impressed with Mascherano's 80% sell on clause!!! Looks like he won't be leaving for less than bout £ 140 million anytime in the next 10 seasons.

And where the bloody hell is my takeover. Feb 08 now and still bugger all.

Better hope the biscuit man delivers the goods soon !!!

in in jan first season... i sold tevez to As roma for 40 mil euro. west ham only let me use like 25 mil for transfers though the fockers....
that masherano got send off 3 times so far for kicking.. elbowing etc.
And that dean ashton!!!! what a piece of work.First he gets injured for 2 months then he comes back and in his first match after 2 months he decides to headbut someone 6 match ban!!!

im in first season january transfer window,in 4th position so doing well but for how much longer not sure, ive got a big injury crisis as follows:

ethrington,beniyoun,bowyer,mascherano,harewood
mullins,spector,mears :eek:

thats like my whole squad , really i think they need to sort out the injurys in the game too many?

also im thinking about selling tevez , not been playing well just moaning ,if i sell i might try to get daniel carvalo from cska and nikola zigic?

what should i do?

Im so anoyed with masherano... He managed to kick another player for the 4th time so he got banned for 3 matches.. i fined him.So the first match he plays again after his ban.. i was dominating just not scoring so it was 0-0 and he kicks a player for no reason gets send off AGAIN!

i got so anoyed with him i critised his performance and the whole squad got angry with me.. Hes Sooooo going to be sold now.. im totaly done with him

i got offered 20m for him which is low but i might sell and then get a striker to team with ashton?

and also a left/right midfielder?
