justa started a new game as newcastle and my scouts are saying only sign him as a last resort. so is he any good and should i ignore them and sign him anyway?? i'm playing with the patch installed btw!

He IS a great player. Usually after a few seasons he becomes a world class striker known as a 'clinical striker'

yeah like said above will be better after a few seasons, so you might want to loan him out or have owen train him and have him there as backup, playing league cup games etc.. but for 300K or so you cant go wrong
