Just intrigued as to the best piece of business people have pulled off.

Im only 3/4 of the way through season 1 and have spotted an absolute bargain,Liverpool accepted my 6.5M bid for Mashcherano but he wont discuss terms(Im newcastle hopefully qualifying fo the CL will change his mind).

So not even a proper bargain but haas anyone else managed to snag really good players for unbelievable prices?

Bought for N.Forest top scorer in League 1 and Championship and scored 3 goals in 3 games in Prem.

I'd say Felipe (Udinese) for 5M. Became the best defender in the game after 2 seasons or so. Also, Fernando Belluschi for 4.3M. Won God knows how many awards in his first season!

How on earth did you get Piatti that cheap? In the 8.0v of FM08 he cost me £500K. In the 8.1v he cost me twice that much

mine wud be stancu for 375k in my saints team. very good striker for championship and prem by season 3

Signed Hugo Lloris expired contract in year 2 as Palermo, will probably be able to make £5-10m on him in next transfer window
