Just a quick question, I've set about getting rid of all the incompetent Italian coaches that were there before I got the job and replacing them with a few from my club, is there any need for coaches and physios?

I don't see the point if you cant set training schedules for them?

Physios obviously since if your player gets injured only they would be able to tell you how much time they'll recover in and whether to call a replacement or not.

As for assman, yeah because he can take over friendly games for you and maybe give you advise if you want to know who he thinks is your best team?

Coaches, I dont know but I would suppose they'd be necessary anyway. Just get atleast 2-3 on them mate. Its not a big deal as there's no question of money or anything.

And scouts would be necessary to keep an eye on all Italians everywhere and suddenly someone good might pop up and you'll then be able to see him in the national pool I think. Else he wont be available as far as I know.

Most of those are guesses on my part but seem the logical reasons. So dont blame me if I get some wrong!! :cool:

Cheers mate, iget the point of scouts and an assistan manager, just thought they'd rely on club physios and didn't really see point in coaches.

i suppose the physios make sense if your at world cup or something and need to know when theyre back,

going to try and get costacurta as my ass man.
