i know this varies from game to game. but general wot players have the highest pa it doesnt matter if they are young or old i was jus wondering. i my current save i think its lulinha and ronaldinho who both have a pa of 197

Alessandro Nesta has the highest PA at 191. Then its John Terry at 190.

Lulinha has a -10PA. That means that it'll vary in every game you start and will range from 170-200.

You dont. Not unless you use FMM or Genie Scout or one of those tools.
