looking at the new CM4 there a plenty of, how shall we put it, 'not first choice footballing nations'. where would you consider to the lowest place for a manager to start.
I guess winning a league in Israel will net you a lot less manager points than England. So where the Lowest country to start?

In CM4 the worse league would be Hong Kong (ranked 136), only slighty worse than India (129). The lowest ranked league in CM 01/02 is Northern Ireland (110). Mind you, give them another few years, and you'll have Scotland in the mix too.

I would advise staying clear of Hong Kong, There are only 7 teams and you only get 16 games a season, so you are waiting a hell of a long time between games, also three of the 7 teams are 10 times as good as the others so its either way too easy or impossibly hard
