Don't feel badly, especially if you haven't been playing CM for a long time. It took me at least a year or so before I could even be competitive in the game, and that was back before CM3 and with PL clubs. Granted, I managed clubs like Forest and Coventry, but there was still no excuse.

It just takes a while before you sort out all the tactics, the nuances of the game, and how to manage your players properly. Once I found my first success, which was with QPR, I finally got good enough to make my way toward LLM and become a truly respectable manager.

You think you're bad? I started an interim game while waiting for EP4 with Florentia Viola. It was 5 games into the season before I actually won a game. I won the championship by only 3 points.

FV only have to turn up to win the championship. Any manager who struggles so completely to win that championship really doesn't deserve to have the job. As God is my witness, I am that man.

I am crap. I even made a misguided visit to the tactics forum to see if anyone else had an idea on how to make decent training shedules.

When the new EP comes out I'll find some obscure team to serve my penance at. Are there any clubs in Siberia?

I can get teams out of the Conference. The sad part is that they never usually re-appear in the game
