My plan is usually to make the squad what I call 'mine' within 3-4 years. In other words, every player is either someone I've signed, or a player I like from the old regime. The first priority is to make the club profitable (haven't played CM4 yet though before anyone asks how).

Then I'll start progressing properly. I never rush this process; everyone gets a fair chance, and enough games to impress.

I love those ¿¿¿ Spanish question marks by the way...they are ¿¿

I tend not to set concrete goals, I'm kind of a go-with-the-flow guy. Explains why I'm never getting anywhere IRL, but for CM it's worked well enough so far
My ultimate goal is always promotion, no matter what the odds are, but I usually don't quit or punish myself if I don't make it.

You made a summary

actually his post is pretty interesting, not tipping or anything. It's more of a description of his management style if anything.

While I can't say that I do things in such an organized manner, I do like to plan ahead as well. My plans, however, tend to revolve around not getting sacked

I plan to score more goals than the opposition. If that doesn't happen, then I cry in my beer.

Yeah, the groundsman finds them hard to put away at the end of the season.

I think upsidedown ?'s rule the ****ing planet and it was a class post by Neodraco...

You uneducted cöckfarmers should post more syuff like that and less "what clubs aren't llm" and "why wont my board blow me", and I might honour you with my attention more often.

Jono says "kick ass post"
