I did a bit of a search first, for 'star' but ended up with many hits from the, um, non-LLM threads.

Considering the topic, I don't want to open a thread that refers to some 'good player' a star and by doing so cheat.

So here is my question that probably shouldn't be here: what is that little star that appears next to some players in a squad, you know, the one just next to their name? Any ideas?
