Just a feeling but the general mood in these here fourm parts doesn't seem to have many a good word for CM4.

Why are so many llm not happy with CM4?

also there are some llm like myself who are carrying on with CM4 (though I play 01/02 at work). What would you guys say are the best additions over 01/02 for the average llm.

I posted here because it is the llm opinion I'm after!!

Because it reeks of anal juice. It runs terribly slow on older machines, and it's still bugged to fück after 4 "Enhancement Packs". I don't think this is purely an LLM issue though, although the limited scouting functionality (read: Programmed by total retards) did do a lot of damage in the early stages.

In an LLM sense there are no improvements and many backward steps. Did I say backward steps? I meant leaping into a Ferrari Testarossa and jamming it in reverse having placed a 56lb weight on the accelerator.

I'll wait with my judgment until EP5. It could be a good game now if it weren't for a showstopper bug that crept into EP4. It does seem a little like dissing CM4 is the new hip thing to do in these parts of the woods. I'm annoyed myself but always hopeful.

There's nothing hip about it. It's incompatible with LLM. Anyone who attempts to play a game in the LLM style is fooling themself and wasting valuable 01/02 time.

New doesn't mean better.
