I've warned players in CM4 before, without consequence - they even accepted that they deserved it. You must just be unlikeable, Merkenstein

And I've never been able to loan a player in CM4 ever - in fact I think loans have completely dried up for al teams in Italy - I can't remember seeing a loaned player ina squad for a long time now....

These youngsters who come to the lower leagues are here for an education, they need to know what is what about football. They swagger into the the club, giving it the big "i am" and behave how they like and there is nothing I (as his current manager) can do about it.
