Default Getting Staff the LLM way, how do you do it?
What is the proper "LLM" way to get a club's staff? I have played LLM before but this aspect has always been a grey area. I understand the aspect of language for coaches and its exception with scouts.

But the question remains what is the proper way to build my staff?

I just got back from an Aerospace Conference and have downloaded EP5 and I will shortly be going to the league and team randomizer, so any help would be beneficial

This isn't at all easy - especially trying to find an assistant manager, who I need to block out 'unrealistic targets' so I'm not just wasting my time... Might have to upgrade my only coach...

And the winner is Telford, with just a few players. And we are now off but anymore would an update and one cannot do that
