I've been on a 7-7 early shift for the past few days, and also have been playing a game with Kildare County on CM4, EP5.
Last night I said to my son that I was heading for bed at 2200, as I get up at 0545 for the early shift, and was still playing CM after midnight.
So obviously CM4 is starting to get its' hooks into me.
Still many problems with LLM, but playable at a pinch.

Couldn't have said it better. After a season of CM4 I also feel a greater commitment to the save, considering the time it takes to get that far.
It probably wouldn't hurt with another ep though, but it's playable.

I have to agree with Ian. I was up 'til half one this morning, regardless of the fact that i had to be up at half six. I'm in the beginning of what looks like a long relegation battle with Woking, but it's got me hooked. I persevered with CM4 and never went back to 01/02, but this patch is the first where i've been truly hooked again.

I find it fine on my 1500MhZ P4, 256MB RAM. However for some reason becnhcmarking it Aida32 seems to give it comprabale performance with a Athlon 24000. Must be the RDRAM |

TBH Rekwob, I find it runnng smoothly while using the Internet, IRC, Real player and the occasional glance at Outlook Express, but CM4 and the speed of it has never been a problem for me.

I'd say that it performs at pretty much the same speed as 0102 did on my 500mHz, 128mb RAM computer. That's with my Athlon 1400+ cpu and 896 mb RAM. I realise the amount of RAM is insane, but I have a dream about hitting 1k, just for the heck of it
Anyway, that's a speed level I can easily cope with.

It's good to see some posative stuff said about CM4 at last. To my mind some of the new touches are exclent. Just started my hoiday and apart from decorating when my daughter has gone to bed it's been CM all the way. 05/06 season an addicitness rating that scares my wife, life is GOOD

Gotta agree with Ian. Been playing it a lot recently. Particularly like the process of developing talented youngsters which seems to finally have become a easier to do, especially given the money situation |
