I've never been a big one for long career management games. I think the longest game I've had was over 10 or 12 seasons; by that point a team is usually in the top flight, then I get bored, so I want to start all over again. I also rather stick with one team until I've achieved what I intended (or been sacked). So haven't really been around the world in mangement terms.

Let's see...

I had only ever played in England on the old versions of CM.
01/02 saw me venture as far as Wales, for an ill fated game at Cefn Druids which lasted 27 games, thanks to a bug that killed my computer

Then I went to Real Avila, got relegated and couldn't get another job in 15 countries.
Then I loaded up my 'holiday game' where I started at Billericay 10 seasons in. The rest of that is well documented and still going. And this was supposed to have a stop gap game for a month before CM4's release.
Also have my Zealot online game in Ireland and taken on Leigh RMI in CM4.
But I really need a many country career game... just need to kill off the Newport game first...

I'm now on my sixth or eighth country, depending how you count it:

There was also a spell at SV Roeselare (Belgium), but the game crashed after half a season and I couldn't face replaying it. So I quit immediately after getting the job and quickly picked up the Cruzeiro job.

My other long-term game has seen me at lots of clubs around Europe:

Currently in 2032 in my second spells at both Monaco and France.
