No. Lowest possible league in a country is considered LLM. If your computer is ***** BSP is acceptable in England for instance but MK Dons really isn't.
Have a look at the guidelines mate

Not really. Absolutely pushing it. They are one of the strongest League 2 teams.

No individual club is LLM or not generically - MK Dons at the start of the game aren't, but I've had games where Sheffield United would fit the criteria for LLM numerous seasons in after an impressive number of relegations.

Ignoring the fact that MK Dons aren't even a proper football team, more a franchise monstrosity***, they're not really LLM - acquaint yourself with the forum headers and all will become clear.

Well, they upped sticks and moved to a different town anyway changing half their name and leaving the (now totally erroneous) other part to pretend they are still in someway connected to the original club! LLM people seem to have a soft spot for them though...
