Glad a lot of you are having success with these loan signings. My problem is i'm managing Bordeaux in France and nobody wants to come. I'm probably just looking at the wrong players.

I still haven't had anyone mention how to get really good players though, ie by paying a fee to simply loan the player. What i'd like to see is me make an approach for a player on loan, only to be told, yes you can loan him, but it will cost you £200k to get him to the end of the season.

Good loan signings IRL usually involve a fee, with the option to make it a permanent deal in the next transfer window.

And in FM, you can loan pretty much any player if you offer a fee.

Oh, when I was Leicester I loaned Sidwell and Makelele from Chelsea with no fee and 0% wages. Then again, Chelsea were my parent team but it proves players of that calibre are willing to go to a team like Leicester :p
