Just started a game with Newcastle and Mark Viduka has been called up to the Australia u23 squad (mid sept) due to injury!
Whats all that about?

Can't you have two players over the age of 23? i'm not sure though, i know that used to be the case years ago.

yeah for Olympic u need u23 to play there but u can have i believe 3 players over 23 i saw Henry playing for France in Olympic

Yeah you are allowed 3 u23 players but IRL ot many players want to go. I just read this morning Riquelme wants to go to Olympics because its apparently the only tournament he hasn't played in in his career. HE obviously means non minor tournaments that he had the opportuniy to play in.

The Olympics reputationseems to have risen for Bejing, a lot of big names want to participate in it now.
