"Unless the manager resolves the conflict soon..."
Just got a news message that two of players have had a falling out, and unless i do resolve the conflict soon, the pair's performances could suffer.
However, there is nothing available in the game to actually do anything to "resolve" it. Or is there?
I wasn't sure what to do, but luckily in this case, one player is 24, and the other is 20. They're both defenders. See where i'm going with this yet? No?
Here's what i did: I assigned one to tutor the other! I told the younger one that he could do well to act more like the older
Let's see what happens!

interesting idea, lets see what happens!! i've neverfound any way of resolving it other than transferring/loaning the younger of the two (or the one i consider least important to the club) to someone else

It helps if you offer a new contract to the player who dislikes the other player.

Generally having someone he dislikes tutor him is a bad idea. but your on the right track. If you tutor one of the players the situation sometimes resolves itself as the players personality changes.

Strangely enough, it's something i do occasionally IRL too (i'm a 7th grade teacher). I find that when one student decides he/she doesn't want to work with another for whatever reason, both of them are actually more productive when i force them to work together (probably because they don't waste time chatting!)
At first i would do it just because i tend to be rather sadistic like that, but it's worked quite a few times now!
