Keynsham Town Fc to be precise. Anyway, i have placed them in the league below the Blue Square South, in the hope that they get promoted, ill holiday until they arrive. I have updated as much info about them as i could find on google.
Does anyone know on what date the english league tables reset, and the newly promoted teams arrive?

Chances of them winning promotion are very slim though unless you've put there players at the same level as the better teams in the league just below the BSN/BSS

Why not just stick them straight into the BSS? If you're editing them to be playable anyway then you might as well just stick them straight in the lowest playable league.
As glamdring has pointed out, the likelyhood of them getting promoted may be quite small and you may save and re-load on the 18th June 100 times before they actually get promoted.

Some of these teams have reputation of 500 or below, in comparison with about 1000 to 1500 of the BSN/BSS teams. This means if the reputation of the club is too low, even if you've set them as a league below, they're unlikely to be promoted.

All very good points. I know nothing about their players, what i did was correct the stadium figures, correct the population figures of Keynsham etc. I boosted the reputation to 1000, typically a relegation candidate in the lowest league would have a reputation of 1100 or slightly lower.
I just did a test and after 4 reloads they got promoted. However they had no staff except a chairman.
