Default Media comments/Multiple choice

At times I seem to make a mistake on my selection from media comments. When the reply, I choose what I believe mto be one thing. But on submission what is said in the press by me is not what I elected to be said. At least from the text I just read, or is it a mis interpetation on my part :/.

Basically the multpiple choice responces 90% of the time are bang on I do like the media comments, but the 10% when it says the oppositeleaves me with a uh? That doesn't compute?

I am not complaining I can bear with it. But does any one else get confused the options that they choose in reply. The sentence you read would have you thinking its gonna be a tough game, but I am confident we can win this game. As an example, but the comment made to the media is opposite, like I hope the squad don't embarris themselves.

I am at work at the moment so I cannot give the real game choices/options.

I appreciate our thoughts.

You'll just have to learn from your mistakes. Dechiper what each message means after you've used it. The game would be boring if it was just straight-forward

Yes I agree with you theirm however some times the option, that you select makes no sense, ruins moral for me some times. But yes, I always end up learning from my mistakes

It takes what you say out of context. For instance "I'm not happy about the decision but I'll take it on the chin" becomes "You may begrudgingly agree with the referee's decision".

Its certainly confusing sometimes, where I tend to play it safe more often than I need to.

I do reckon the text multiple choice options do need to be much clearer. As to when it is a statement that you've made, even though though it isn't the statement that you've made.... That paragraph doesn't make sense. But some times the choice appears crystal clear. Although its a cryptic clue.

I agree with this. Sometimes you interpret one thing but the game hears something different. It's annoying.

I don't really agree with the "Decipher what each means after you've used it" comment.

I don't think that's good game design.

Its challenging enough to figure out whether I should coddle a player or give him a kick up the backside, without introducing semantic uncertainty!

Tell me what my input means, and let me make my own mistakes, rather than "forcing" a misstep on me by having imprecise verbiage lead to confusion.

I understand that IRL the media can twist somebody's words and take them out of context .. but when it happens the way that it does "in game", it doesn't feel "realistic", it just feels aggravating.

Well, look at it on the bright side - at least when your words are twisted, they're alwys twisted exactly the same way. They could have randomized it, then you'd really be frustrated.

For me, it's just a realistic approximation of what the media IRL is like.
