hi sorry to be a pain in the @rse but what on earth do I do with RAR files??

I can manage to get logos, backgrounds and facepacks into fm06 if they are zip files, but when there's a rar. file i download it but then i'm stumped? anyone know where i go from here or can point me in the right direction of a step-by-step guide (i have looked).

cheers for any help guys/girls.

you need to use WINRAR to extract the folders/files from the RAR file to FM06 data folders
