people will probs be annoyed with me for this post, but hey, anyway i got my manager id off the game, took a png picture of myself and named it the manager id, i edited the xl file or whatever its called, my picture and the xl file are in the regen folder, is this right??

I have no idea how to add your managers pic while you've started a game, but you can add your picture in at the start with the wizard when selecting your managers name and team age etc, all I can suggest is try reloading the skin and unticking the skin cache.
