Updates: Future transfers and 'Immediate' transfers!
Just wondering if theres actually any official line on these. I know some people prefer transfers to be from the start of the game, others (like me) would prefer them to be on the correct dates.
Ive seen a few people who do updates with transfers from the start say its because they may not go through in the game due to funding etc...but is there any offical/definate fact on this.
As a tester, on mine, i had a team (e.g sunderland) with only £450K transfer budget (more realistic in my data! ) buy a player for £2M on the 3rd day of the game. It went through!!! It simply came of the "bank balance"...nothing to do with transfer budget.
So is there any offical line, or do both ways work?? (it just seems there are more 'immediate' updates than future!)

Arrange a future transfer for €50M on january 4th. Start a new game, one league, small database, go on vacation, see what the result is and let us know.
