For whatever reason DAN A. & Candyman I have no choice but to switch my Zone Alarm Sec off, the conflict is strange and doing this can be dangerous for your systems health.
I am not influencing/condoling anyone to remove there security, just acknowledging what Matteo posted on the forum, what he written was interesting and so I tried and FMM 2.0 worked virtually instantly, but as I have said doing this is dangerous and is a risk take but people can make the risk minimal by switching/un-plugging their Internet connection to the web.
All Im trying to accomplish is helping more and more people enjoy there Football Manager experience with what little knowledge I have on the strange conflict FMM 2.00 has with Zone Alarm and possibly other security software, and with people giving feedback like they have been doing, helping JPEE improve his program.
Also my recommendations did in deed suck, I apologize Dan A. but sarcasm sucks too, but forget about and hurry up with MCFM 06, now that you have seen what Jpee has accomplished I cant wait to see the finished article of MCFM 06, Im trying to be rude and Im no programmer but I love MCFM 05 but I always thought that the actual presentation of MCFM was not the best it didnt look the greatest, while FMM 2.0 is actual quite cool besides the fact, pink is the colour of its layout.
I'm awaiting this too, but as Dam has said it will be with us when its ready, And I cannot remember him ever giving a due date. Chill mate they are working on it.
Strat...

if you're unlucky like me and live in the states and bought Worldwide soccer manager, we're up a creek without a paddle until someone feels kind enough to make a working version for WSM2006.
The executables are different and most likely some of the memory addresses
Buy FM in future then... Costs more but surely it's worth it?
If you have XP SP2 there isn't really a need for a third-party firewalls...less problems really too. Stays in the background without ever really effecting your systems performance. Unlike third-party firewalls with all your false alerts and above all it slows the computer down...
