Hi i was just wondering if somebody could shed some light on this for me , I recently decided to do some scouting of good players using the included editor but was horrifyed to find that a couple of my young signings for Man Utd , james morrison mainly, only had -3 for his potential ability, now after finding this i spoke to my bro, and he told me that those figures are kind of a code for the game to tell it how much to make the players in questyion improve over time could somebody in the know please clarify this for me????? -1 = 0-20
-2 = 10-40
-3 = 30-60
-4 = 50-80
-5 = 70-100
-6 = 90-120
-7 = 110-140
-8 = 130-160
-9 = 150-180
-10 = 170-200

Thanks very Much I´m still amazed to see that there are only a handfull of players in the database that can play on the left wing with a potential rating within 10 marks of 200 but still very usefull thanks very much!
