...at doing an update featuring "real time" transfers and this is my update, available here: FM06 Update Pack

Basically, all the transfers from December right up until the closure of the window are featured, and all of them happen on the correct days to mirror real life: i.e. Quashie to WBA, £1.5m, 31st Jan 06 etc.

I'm hoping it's pretty comprehensive and those who download it enjoy it and find it worthwhile too.

It's worth making a backup of your files just incase my update falters, but feel free to download the update and enjoy FM 06!

I've also included in the DL a fixtures pack and the DDT generator (credit to the makers of that wonderful tool!), should any of you wish to apply that to your game too.

Hurry, there's not much time left on the update and if anyone else could put it up elsewhere I'd be eternally grateful.

Anyway, should you suffer any problems or have any questions or advice on further updates (maybe I missed some transfers?) please do not hesitate to contact me.

FM06 Update Pack - Basic Summary

The Data Update "db"

* All transfers up to 2nd February 2006 completed
* Many staff and coaching changes made
* Many tweaks with attributes, budgets and contracts made

The Fixtures Pack "comps"

* The correct 2005/2006 fixtures for all the English leagues and around 15 European leagues included.

DDT Generator.zip

* Allows you to customise your game to suit your spec. Keep the players, clubs, leaguess or nations that you desire to have in game, as opposed to having them "greyed out"

Do you have the latest transfers for MLS like San Jose Earthquakes moving to Houston, Chris Klein and Ante Razov moving to Chivas USA?

Hmmmmm, I'm not sure, I done so many.

I wouldn't like to say "Yes" I have, but if you [point me in the right direction of some MLS transfers, I'll make sure it's all done in the next update. :-)

Yes, all the Prem transfers are there.

although the games transfers are in "real-time", I've decided dispose of the managers who have since been sacked (Souness, his coaching staff etc) or have since been replaced etc.

Unfortunately, like the manager situations, I couldn't actually do anything about the loan players joining on the correct date so I had to put them on from the start of the season.

I'll upload the file again in a moment, so it's on for another 10 hours.

Yes, I can do that.

I've also made a v.2 of my update, which incorporates anothee 300+ transfers I appear to have missed out (Swedish, Norweigan, Danish leagues etc)

I will upload both files as and when I can.
