extract it to the
C
Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2006\data\db
folder. You must have Winrar to open it.
It has 6.0.2 player data, I may do a 6.0.3 version on the weekend, but yes, it does work on 6.0.2

i have 6.0.3 and it worked anyway. Great league btw a real good challenge to do well in the top league with all them good teams.
