Patch removed my fake stadium

i was bored so put the original wimbledon into the conference south all ready for moveing into a new plough lane yet when i patched to 6.0.3 the stadium is gone and does anyone know how to get it back without starting the game again

You cant get it back. The patch alters the database and you will lose all your changes, its been said on here to move your database to another folder, then instalkl the poatch and then move your database back.

I found this out when i patched to 6.02, and i lost a player i added.

Maybe you could get your old stadium name back if you create a new stadium with the same unique ID ?
