i am using mcfm06. i edited few players and evry few weeks all their attributes drop to 1-4
why these happend???

If you edit a players attributes, you must also edit his CA up as well to match the increase in attributes otherwise the game will recalculate the attributes to match the CA.

so what should be the CA?

If you want a good player set it to between 160-180. If you want a phenomenal player set it higher, upto a max of 200. Remember to also change the PA, as this is the max that the CA can reach.
