Hi,
please can you help me im try to get on to data editor and everytime i go on it keeps coming up with the following-
This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I have ried this numerous times the disk if fine and so is my cd/dvd driver im on windows xp ive also tried googlein it and downloading it and still no joy
your help in this matter is gratley appreciated as im out serving over seas and this is the only game that keeps me sane!!

Seriously - this has been explained to death on this forum for ages. If you can't find the answer, then flush FM down the toilet and go play Madden.

Google the missing file, download it and drag it into the Windows System folder from memory ( Do a search for exact details )

As the other poster suggested in a roundabout way it is best before asking any question to do a quick search and see if it has been answered before as this one has , many times.
