sunj007 Join Date: Jan 1970 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	youth coaches/coaches The first training thing I do when taking aover a new club is to offer contracts to all coaches to make them simply coaches (not fitness/youth etc). They are then assigned to both youth and normal schedules. The main question is, should i find coaches with good youngster atttributers for the youth schedules, and if i wanted to do that and get 4/5 star in all dpts, i wud probly need 15 coaches!?!
