Where can i see the improvements of my training on my players? many thanks !

On the player screen you can click on "Attributes" under "Training" in the menu on the left (With default skin. Sometimes it's on the right), and click on an attribute on the right and it'll show a graph of how that attribute has changed over the past twelve months.

Longer than that and I believe you will need to make some kind of spreadsheet file, and periodically export the data from the game. But I wouldn't know how to do that anyway
