The new fm game is becoming very tedious for me, the opposition basically score with every shot on target, it doesnt matter what team I am, what formation I play, what instructions I use, how good my goalie or defence is etc is basically always happens.

I on the other hand normally need 4 or 5 to on target to get a goal, i am currently Milan so have good players but yet concede easily and need quite few chances to score.

Its annoying me no end as it seems doesnt matter what I try or do it will still happen.

Forget about playing as a more crapper team as I stand no chance whatsoever.

Right now I am playing diamond with the DMC basically on all out defence, all the defence on defensife mentality etc.

I dont mind losing and dont even mind not winning things as I can still enjoy the game, I cant however when it seems nothing I do can stop the opposition always scoring whatever formation I try, whatever team I try, whatever instructions I try, it ALWAYS happens.

What exactly HAVE you tried to remedy the problem?
This game is hard as hell and you need to spend hours researching (no really it is hours) it's ins and outs to master it. Everything from tactics to training has a bearing on matches. It's the least "plug n play" football game around. Personally I think it's a little too in depth, but there you go.

Read the tactical dummies guide or the bible. You'll fnd all the information you need on what to do if you are facing the scoring blues. I don't think anyone here will want to repeat themselves here.

For one thing the game has a steep learning curve, but its all based on logic. Once you've figured things out you'll even be able to play a match and make no changes to your tactic. To get to that level you will need to spend some time understanding what makes a tactic work. Downloading tactics won't work, reading Dayle's thread will definitely help you cos he builds a tactic logically from the back. Go read those threads or try using the Wolverine tactic that I have uploaded as a template. Use it for your own and then make the changes you need for set piece routines, then use the same tactic to go and make other tactics that have a back four.

What you will need to do is to understand why people like me create the tactic the way I do.

I dont download tactics, never have and never will.

I try and suit the tactic to the players I have, I have read the guides already, as I said tho whatever I try nothing works

Right now my tactic isnt attacking or anything, excellent Milan players, DMC on ultra defensife yet it still always happens, it's extremely annoying.
