i'm currently struggling to get a feeder club from a suitable country for work permits (i hear polish clubs supposed to be the best). when i request clubs my board come back to me with recommendations from mostly irish, scottish or spanish clubs.
i was wondering whether the recommendations were made in regard to your knowledge of countries (for example, i have a few spanish scouts). is this just a coincidence or would i find it easier to get a polish club if i employed a polish scout?
