I have set up my own training for each position. i have a problem though. My defenders are all loosing points for jumping and its really starting to get on my nerves.for my full back and centre back training both Aerobic and strength are one click over Medium. is this too much? or not enough. the rest are on medium bar ball control defending and tactics which are on high. its caused me now to have two centre backs (both regens) go from world class to strong and towering centrebacks. and are now getting hammered in the air. someone please help!
