Default Backroom Team

Hey all, havent been on these boards in a while, but started playing fm again and havent a clue, players i can find easily enough, but what about the best scouts, coaches etc. Im particularly interested in the specific coaches roles; fitness, youth, gk and first team.

Any suggestions would be grand!

If you are a big team, then I suggest you use the staff search function and look for specific attributes/job roles etc. If you are lower down then perhaps try placing a job advert.

A good choice for Ast Manager is Franco Baresi if you can persuade him to leave Milan (I did with spurs).

baresi is good and when offered enough he will come

but that ass. manager from lyon is ace

when you go to searchscreen for staff ... push at reputation untill worldclass there are a lot of them on low wages imo so go get them

Ventrone is pretty good, currently a 1st team coach but unemployed and has good attributes.

For some reason I enjoy promoting coaches etc from other teams to assistants if their stats are good. eg, Scala from Roma, Rolo from Barce, Bould from Arsenal (youth coach to first team coach, though).
