So I gave up on my napoli and juventus games after about 5 seasons. Decided on the dutch league due to the no restrictions thingy but Im having problems with AZ. I only got 4 million pounds plus the backroom staff are crap and the youth team is almost non-existent.Anyone gone with them before and did well? Appreciate the help. Im getting halmosi and mihelic first as they are always the spine of my FM teams but if you guys got better alternatives, then feel free to voice out. Thanx!

az has a very balanced team irl

the best players are prob. dembele, maarten maartens

also try to sign cardenas (should be excellent in dutch league), ljubojankic (sp) from fc domzale (great targetman at only 250.000 euro), eddie johnson , didier digard, garay or araujo and then you're money is gone

My bad.. I requested more from the board and got 8.5 million now.. . But Cardenas , millian, the romanian winger ( torje i think ) won't come tho.

try pareja from anderlecht great player and biglia from anderlecht i bought him once for 7 mil euro and sold him after 2 seasons for 69 mil euro to werder bremen

also legaer has a big future, vandamme, boussoufa, tchite, frutos all from anderlecht
