I just would like to know what are the most important attributes for:
* CB
* FB
* DM
* AM
* Wingers
* ST (fast ST/target man)
I mostly know what psysical and technical attributes are important for those positions, but as Im not English, I don't know meanings of most mental attributes.

obviously cb need great strength, tackling and concentration along with fb's
DM need great passing along with concentration
am need long shots, passing, finishing, determination
wingers need great dribbling, technique and most of all crossing
strikers need composure, finishing and technique if they want to take it around the keeper

Also important if FB/Wingers/ST have pace and stamina, depending on the tactics employed.

The 5 most important attributes for:
CB: Jumping, tackling, positioning, marking, concentration.
FB: Pace, positioning, crossing, stamina, passing.
DM: Tacking, positioning, passing, stamina and decisions.
AM: Creativity, Passing, Dribbling, Technique and long shots.
WG: Pace, accel, dribbling, technique, flair and crossing.
ST: Pace, finishing, dribbling, composture and first touch.

CB: Concentration, Bravery, Anticipation, Positioning
FB: Positioning, Concentration, Anticipation
DM: Positioning, Team Work, Work Rate
AM: Creativiity, Off the Ball, Teamwork, Flair, Decisions
Wg: Off the Ball, Flair, Team Work, Creativity
St: Composure, Off the Ball, Flair, Creativity, Agression

what i found works for me is using fast strikers to run onto the ball. these striker's important attributes are most importantly pace, acceleration, composure then finishing and strength.
