I have a problem because I signed too many Non-EU players. I just found out that I can only assign aquad nos. to a maximum of 3 non-EU players.
I decided to buy Riquelme cos he wasn't too expensive. But I needed backup for my wingers. Cos all I have is Ronaldo and Silva, and as back-up I have Figo(Too old and slow), Marcelo(prefer playing him LB) and Giuly(probably my worst signing ever). So I'm a bit short in that department. So I found Kalou available for loan and got him immediately. He looks pretty decent.
So in all I have Marcelo, Diarra, Riquelme and Kalou as non-EU players. Diarra I definately need cos he is a very good holding midfielder. Marcelo is my first choice left back since Roberto Carlos is getting old. So I have to choose between Riquelme and Kalou.
In Riquelme's position I can play Sneijder or Guti. I was thinking of getting rid of Riquelme. But I'm still not sure, because his stats are so good. He's 29 but he's got 20 passing and a bunch of other 20's.
Before I read the reply I did not register a squad no. for kalou. I tohught that i would be able to interchange one of my non-EU players for another one whenever I wanted to. But now it just shows Kalou as ineligible for all my games. Can I somehow register him now and get rid of one Riquelme? The transfer window hasn't closed yet. If not I will have to terminate his loan cos he would be useless.
Go to "Squad Numbers" and put him in there. If not, just terminate the loan, Giuly and Figo are good enough, and Marcelo is far better on the wing and at left back.
Should I get rid of Riquelme or Kalou?
