I would never accept an offer like that for Micah Richards when i bought him he never ran out of energy playing over 50 games a season and was constantly brilliant.

No chance matey. But I think if you reject it, Micah is going to get ****ed off (he usually get unhappy if you reject bids from big clubs for him). I'd negotiate it to say 10M + Gourcuff. They should accept it and when you offer Gourcuff a contract, just offer him as low a contract as you can. He'll reject it and Micah wont get ****ed either! Done this a few times before with Cesc etc and it always worked. Mind, if for some stupid reason Gourcuff accepts, you're screwed!!
