Hey guys.
I have a question when it comes to players developping and training.

I'm now in April on my save with Barca (first season), and Bojan hasn't improved much at all. There are only like 5 of his attributes that have improved, and neither of them are finishing nor composure. A reason to this might be that I'm not tutoring him, because I'm currently unavailable to (I've heard that it is good to let Henry tutor him but I sold Henry and Eto'o and bought Agüero). I have played Bojan regularly, though.
It's the same with dos Santos, he hasn't improved a lot either, and I'm unavailable to let him be tutored as well.

Anyway, I suppose it's something wrong with my training?

PLAY HIM i had him rotating wite etoo and playing alot of champo league second season he scored 19 goals just in champo league and got best play his value was 25mil

If you're giving him regular games and he's still not improving then there's something wrong with your training or trainers. Are all your trainer 7 stars? Or atleast 6 stars? For a club like Barca you should have anything less than 6 stars imo. I'm playing as Derby currently and even I dont have any less than 6 stars at Derby!! If you do have the proper trainers, then it must be the training. Try to put him on a personal schedule. But dont panic too much. He's still very young. You'll probably see all of his stats suddenly shoot up a lot. Just go to the training screen and see if the attributes are all increasing there. If they are, then you have nothing to worry about. Also, remember that post-patch the player development is a LOT slower than previous versions/patches.

on my barca game second season eto'o was out for 5 months then 2 months when he was back, bojan was a first team starter and ended up as the top spanish goalscorer, he is amazing but he really needs the first team games. he is good enough to be used as a first choice striker imo. i had him playing with vela so 2 young strikers but i dominated the league as with messi and ronaldinho the chances they have are often tap ins.
just got bored of barca but he is now 21 and classed as a world class striker.
