Ok, let's set the scene. I've brought Gravesend up into division 2 finally for the 2006/2007 season. So far everything has been going rather well and have not ever finished below 6th in a season. But things in division 2 are much harder than I first expected. It's now November and I'm 22nd in the league with 5 points either end of me. Morale has become low and I'm constantly trying new tactics and trying to bring in new players to stop the run of defeats. But they haven't stopped. But this is all part of the cm experience and what I love is how I'm still so dedicated to playing despite me losing all the time. But how exactly can I turn things around at the club? Comments and experiences would be nice to hear.

Well that looks like a problem to me. The players don't know what they're supposed to be doing from one game to the next.
Ok, i think I'm going to try sticking to a 3-5-2 because it has worked on occasions and my players seem to fit well into it. Hopefully things will turn good soon. I think one of the main reasons It's gone bad is that I underestimated division 2. I found the conference harder than division 3 and I won division 3 in my first season there. So it was a shock to me at how much harder division 2 is. By the looks of things the other div3 clubs that got promoted with me are having similar trouble.
