I scouted Scandanavia after I had some money come in from a couple of big sales. I never did it when I was short of money or in debt. I observe SWYCT when money is tight, but when I had just collected close on a million, I sent them to foreign lands for a short time.

I use .68 by the way, and never had any problems other than the odd picture showing up for the wrong ground, but that was in the early days of my picture collection!

I sent them there when I had 0 for funds but had got myself out of debt from a few sales and my scout always showed me free players. Do the scouts recognise how much you have or do not have to spend and keep that in mind when recommending players?

AFAIK, in CM3 at least scouts only take in account what you set in the filter. So for example, you tell them to search for players under 100k. They will only come up with players under 100k.

I see what you mean now. Aye it does already filter what they have found. I thought you just wanted to find players that are worth a certain amount.
