As with any staff it is a question of how much do you want their services, how good are thay and do you really need them

if you answer, a lot, good and He will be my only member of staff, pay what you can to the max with out the board getting the boy's round to break your legs!

Most lower league scouts are part time IRL so £20 is just for beer and pies at the match.

I'm only on £210 a week... And I make sure none of my staff earn more, and even try and keep the players on 200 or less aswell !

It isn't hard to find scouts that will take $Au30 (15 Pounds). I yet to try lower, I'll have to see just how cheap I can be!

An update: After some work on/with my staff I managed to get my scouts to work for only $Au15 (7.5 pounds) a week!

Physios also could be to take only $AU35 (17.5 pounds) a week and coaches only $au60 (30 pounds) a week.

I tend to give them a slightly better contract than what they request...depends on where they ask to be and what I want them to be, though.

Like, I found this guy who would be great as my Asst. Man. but he asks to be a coach at...£80 pw or something like that. I'm feeling very generous and give him £190 pw as Asst Man. (That way he's earning the same as me...only on a fulltime conract, and I'm on a parttime contract Back to the local shop I go, then )

I found another guy, perfect as a scout (20 for both Judging scores, and he was unemployed to boot...no compensation fees to give out) who asks for £30 pw. I felt generous and gave him £50 pw instead (just a bit more, since it's not a complete job change, 'cause he wanted to be a scout).
