If you think it's the right time to try your luck somewhere else, go for it. If you fancy giving it one more crack, do it. I don't even make it to the premiership most times before i am back off down the league.

Also would it be wrong to accept a job offer from a PL team or a country{i imagine it is}.

If you want to quit it is again upto you. It doesn't really matter.
In LLM , we play the game the most realistic way as possible. Is it realistic for Higher league clubs to appoint managers that have earnt their reputation? Yes!

Why would you quit? I never have, just applied for another job. I did get turned down for a job once, and my current club were not impressed, so there is an element of danger there, but it adds to the fun.

No it would not be "wrong" to accept a Premiership job offer - if you've earnt it then where's the problem?
Haven't tried changing jobs yet in CM4 (tried to get Wales, but didn't even get word back), but I've heard it's easier to get new jobs when you have resigned. But after being a succesful manager I guess you should get a job in the conference easy anyway. Don't have first-hand info though
