I'm with Iaj. I'll decide to move on when it becomes a formality winning against top sides in all competitions. I'll rarely, if ever, leave a LL club before at least winning the premier league. That's my aim. After winning a few top competitions and getting a fair bit of cash in the bank, you can pretty much build the squad you've dreamed of, and although its fun and satisfying to watch them destroy almost everyone in sight, it becomes a bit boring after a couple of seasons. Thats how I ended up at Accrington, after 12 years with Torquay and Champions League glory, I went to one of the newly promoted Conference sides.
