According to what I've heard; a new feature was implemented in CM4. Up untill now; almost no-one knew they somehow managed to implement it.

I'm talking about the IQ factor!! It prevents stupid players that often prove to be lazy and dumb from getting a good rep and therefore not getting jobs at big clubs.

Your post here certainly will have totally nullified your chances of ever getting a good rep as this board is not your kind of place, I'm afraid.

Sorry if this may have caused your selfconfidence to be none, but eventually it would have ended up that way anyway.

Oh, and I also heard they were thinking about an 'uglyness' stat, but I can't confirm if that has some influence in your case.
