Then you might want to consider playing small, playing safe. Cut the leagues, and the time trying to choke your hard drive with every period of a single game.

I hate to not have as full of a CM world as possible. It bothers me for leagues to not be available, and for those clubs/players to not have as realistic of events/competitions as possible.

One day I will boost the performance of my machine, but in the meantime I will deal with it. The game saves in the middle of the week, on Wednesday nights now, and the saves seem to go through much faster than they did when I was doing them after matches. This is much better.

That is true actually, only saving after winning/good results means that if your PC does crash and you lose game time, it's always the bad results that go... :/

I just save evertime a pop-up interupts my game, just to make sure if it crashes when I click it, I don't lose any game time.
